Keith brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having formed Topper in 2002 in California. His approach to client relations is consultative and educational with a primary focus on lowering investment and asset management costs coupled with traditional portfolio management theory.

He has over 20 years of investment experience at both the institutional and individual levels, including professional positions at Merrill Lynch, American Tape Co, SK Group, and Arthur Andersen.
