Keith brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having formed Topper in 2002 in California. His approach to client relations is consultative and educational with a primary focus on lowering investment and asset management costs coupled with traditional portfolio management theory. Clients who have been with the major "wire houses" have been especially well served by Topper, given the higher costs associated with doing business with the large firms.

Prior to establishing the company, Keith was the investment manager of Pacview Capital, predecessor of Topper and based in New Jersey. The firm managed private equity accounts focused on the technology sector. He has over 20 years of investment experience at both the institutional and individual levels. He has held managerial and professional positions at Merrill Lynch, American Tape Co, SK Group and Arthur Andersen, prior to starting his own practice.
